Philibert Engineering, P.C. is a privately owned Engineering firm in New York City. It was established in 2001 by Mr. Jacky Philibert. Mr. Philibert is a Polytechnic University of Brooklyn alumnus and acquired his Masters in Civil/Structural Engineering. He is a licensed professional engineer in the State of New York and a licensed Safety, Construction Site Fire Safety, and Concrete Safety Manager in New York City. He has over 20 years of experience in the fields of Design, Quality Control, Safety and Inspections. He is certified by the US Army of Corps of Engineers as a Construction Quality Manager for Contractors, ICC as a bolting and structural steel erection inspector, and NICET as an Engineering Technician in Civil Engineering Technology. Mr. Philibert’s responsibilities include quality function deployment; he leads the structural department and coordinates technical support to the site supervision team. He’s also involved in all distinctive phases of the design processes of all projects.
